Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Patientell platform and the text messages sent through it. Patientell is operated by MJ1, LLC ("Patientell," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service or receiving messages, you agree to these Terms.
Consenting to receive text messages is a separate, distinct, and optional action — it is not bundled into your acceptance of these Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in to SMS, and opting in to text messages is optional and is NOT a condition of receiving care, booking an appointment, or completing any service or transaction. SMS consent is given through a text-based double opt-in process (see SMS opt-in instructions).
Service Description
Patientell is a patient-feedback platform that lets dental and medical offices ("Practices") send text messages to their patients after a visit to collect feedback (by text or voice) and request optional public reviews.
SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number to a Practice and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from that Practice through Patientell regarding post-visit feedback and review requests.
- Opting in to text messages is optional and is NOT a condition of receiving care, booking an appointment, or completing any service or transaction.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and activity (typically up to a few messages per visit).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by texting JOIN to (972) 402-6757. You will receive a confirmation message and must reply YES to confirm enrollment. Consent is voluntary. See SMS opt-in instructions.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, reply START.
Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact support@patientell.com.
Feedback and Reviews
Your feedback may be used to create a draft review that you can choose to post publicly. Public feedback may be shared as a review; private feedback is shared only with the Practice for service improvement. You agree not to submit false or misleading feedback.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. You may simply choose not to reply to any message.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ1, LLC is not responsible for the content of any reviews, the actions of any Practice, or any delayed or undelivered messages. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, as reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
