Service Description

Patientell is a quick patient feedback platform that allows dental and medical offices to send simple text messages to their patients after a visit to collect feedback via voice or text.

SMS Consent

When you provide your phone number at intake, checkout, or through a digital form at a participating office, you consent to receive SMS messages from that office regarding visit feedback and review requests.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message we send you. After you send “STOP”, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Feedback and Reviews

Your feedback may be used to create a draft Google review that you can choose to post. Feedback can be made public; private feedback is only shared with the office for improvement.

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to submit false or misleading feedback. You may simply choose not to reply to any message.

Limitation of Liability

Patientell provides the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for the content of any reviews or the actions of any dental or medical office.
