This page describes the Patientell SMS text messaging program so patients, practices, and carrier reviewers can verify how it works.

Patient opt-in

How to sign up for texts

Text JOIN to (972) 402-6757 to get appointment and post-visit feedback texts from your dental or medical practice via Patientell. Opting in is optional and is not required to receive care or any service. After you text JOIN, you'll get a confirmation message and must reply YES to confirm (double opt-in). Message frequency varies (up to 5 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program name and sender

Patientell SMS — messages are sent by participating dental and medical practices via Patientell, operated by MJ1, LLC. The practice you visited is the sender; Patientell is the platform that delivers the messages on its behalf.

Google review invitations

Example: "Hi [First Name], this is [Practice Name]. Thanks for visiting! How was your experience? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies (up to ~5 messages per visit).
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email support@patientell.com.

Consent is optional
