Patientell does not collect, store, or process any protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. We only handle basic contact information and voluntary patient feedback.

How SMS/Text Messages Are Used

Messages are sent directly by your dental or medical office using the Patientell platform. These are transactional messages for post-visit feedback and review requests.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship and activity with the practice. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

Data Sharing

No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties. Your phone number and feedback are only used for the purpose of the feedback request from your healthcare provider.
