This page explains how patients opt in to receive text messages from their dental or medical practice through Patientell, operated by MJ1, LLC. Carrier and campaign reviewers may reference this page to verify the consumer-initiated double opt-in flow.
How to sign up for texts
Double opt-in- Text JOIN to (972) 402-6757.
- Receive a confirmation message from Patientell.
- Reply YES to confirm enrollment.
Messages are sent by your dental or medical practice via Patientell, operated by MJ1, LLC. Message types include appointment confirmations, post-visit feedback requests, and Google review invitations.
Opting in is optional and is not required to receive care or any service. You do not need to enroll in texts to receive care, book an appointment, or use your practice's services.
Message frequency varies (up to 5 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@patientell.com.
